Inspection chamber issue?

I have a slight problem with a IC.
Its a 4 inlet IC, 2 on each side, with the usual main run straight through the centre.
On one side both inlets are not in use.
On the other side 1 inlet is not in use and the other inlet takes an upstairs soil stack.
The problem being that any toilet paper etc which comes into the IC from the soil stack ends up getting caught up on the blanked off inlets on the opposite side of the IC and also on the centre divide between the 2 blanked off inlets.
I fear that sooner or later this will cause a blockage in the IC.

Anyone have a solution other than possibly route the soil stack into the main run just before the IC so it enters the IC and flows straight through. I could then place an access point on the soil stack itself.

is the main run in use? or is the ic the starting point? the main run should also be connected if its the first ic in the run

The ic is the frist one on the run. There is a rainwater down pipe and an aco outlet entering the main run of the chamber. So yes, the main run is in use.

My thoughts exactly. I think the IC has been moved at some point due to an extension being added.
I think its been rigged up like this as the 2 side inlets where the toilet paper is getting caught, cant be used as the chamber is tight to the extension foundation. For the foul to enter as the main run and rain water in a side inlet would have meant crossing the pipes prior to entering the chamber which would have been very tight to do.
I will intercept the current main run before entering the chamber and put a junction on for the foul, then place a rodding access point on the stack itself.
This wouldnt even be a problem if the chamber base didnt have the 2 inlets opposite which are not even in use, as there would be nothing for the toilet paper to get caught up on!
