What's best way to sort this please

If there's not too many you may want to try this before lifting.
Remove pointing
Mix cement and sbr together approximately 1:1 by volume.
Carefully poured it into the joints and clean up any spillage immediately (if not sooner)
Let it settle and top up again, keep on doing this until you can't get anymore in.
Repoint
Not sure what the pros' make of this but I tried it on my own patio and it worked.
