Power washing block pavers - Question to the experts

Hello, i'm a pressure washer out of virginia and I was wondering what you recommend doing to keep pavers clean and if it is safe to pressure wash (with a wand) pavers that are held together with sand or some kind of sand compound. Thank you!

You'll need to re sand after washing
