Window trouble

i had some windows fitted by a well known company feb last year in no0vember i noticed a frame had gone all rough so i called them and after 3 attempts a bloke came to look at it and said they will order a new frame monts pass 6 phone callls and they fitted it yesterday the bloke left and then i had a look at it and its got dents in the surface ??? so i phoned them again and am waiting a call back what do you think i should do ? i didnt look at it before he installed it i cand of assumed a brand new window would be perfect !

if the frame has dents, ask for a replacement.
