Driveway - Water stains

Hi folks this is my first time on a forum so here goes. We have recently had a tarmac drive laid (8th January) looked fine on the day it was laid but within a couple of days noticed alot of what appeared to be water stains over 90% of the surface, it looks total poo. After all the rain and snow we've had its no better, had it inspected to day by another tradesman he says its contamination from the roller. I've been in touch with the contractor who laid it but he's stumped as how to rectify it, so anybody got any suggestion.

Use it, let it weather over the summer, chances are it will all disappear.
