Hi Guys

Anyone on here checked out Eric Barker landscapes on youtube. I have watched nearly all of them and don't know what to make of it. How he does all the stuff with that little mini digger i don't know. I think he works from 6am-9pm to get it all done. Just wondered your opinion chaps

A total clown. Propping a ladder against a raised digger bucket, cutting with a chainsaw above his head, with no protection at all, no signwritten vans, no training and prob no insurance. As for taking away excavations on the back of a cabstar for disposal, when we all know its been tipped down a lane somewhere.
Just hope hes not round here

he says he films every project to give to the customer. my opinion is in the balance as the jobs don't seem to bad i would just question his method

Arrgghhh all working in trainers too. Might sound pedantic but you aint trade if you aint got steel toe. Nahh not impressed with what i saw to be honest.

You are right, they bon't wear safety boots, but what do you think of the finshed work? I know if i had to use that little digger on some of his bigger jobs it would do my nut in.

obviously it works for eric as he gets more jobs,
but I couldnt work like that
on the kumar project there was talk of lifting the block paved path ===> never happened
didnt know how many grabs the job was going to needs
the millstone steps are nice but the joints look malogan,way too wide
Its difficult to be that critical because we all work in different ways but I cannot imagine eric and mickg getting on too well at work

when i see the watering can come out to lay slabs you know you have issues

He seems a likeable bloke, not to sure on the quality tho.

One thing i did notice is lads working in addidas tracksuit bottoms...i hate that, just screams council estate Knobhead

I am guilty of not wearing steel toe boots, i actually wear brasher walking boots, purely for comfort, at £145.00 a pair they aint cheap but i cant stand uncomfy heavy boots.

my mate does my head in by driving to work in trainers then changing in to his boots at work
pet hate of mine
eric does indeed look a likeable bloke and he isnt charging big money

haha i used to do that when i had the navara, saves ruining the interior with muddy boots lol

It depends what im doing, if im digging footings, machine work, drainage then its the walking boots. Flagging or any cement works its the steel toe boots.

Always change my shoes/boots at work.
