After looking into my previous quote for imprinted concrete i have decided against it so looks like its going to be blocks i have been quoted
supply and lay limestone MOT type 1 to a depth of 5" then lay Barleystone Tegular paving (60MM) total cost £5900 its is about 115 sq mts
I thin k this is a good quote also seen some of his work and looks to a good standard any advice

The MOT sub base should be 150mm minimum depth (6") other than that I would snatch his hand off if he can lay 115m2 for that amount of money

Maybe this cut throat competition is good for the local guy after all? £50 a m2 is doable, but the 'Doh' factor looms large if it goes pear shaped.msh paving wrote:it's all down to local costing's, the guy must be happy to work for that rate
