He's 26 now and frigging useless. Need an x-ray to find any work him in!

There'll be an article in The Telgraph now about Child Exploitation in the Asian Concrete Industry, and a plea from European manufacturers only to buy concrete from them as they have strict employment rules that stops them using children, but somehow allows them to pay pocket-money wages to grown-ups.
