Is there anything on the market to repair this quick and easy like some sort of resin.

It's going between the joints of concrete.

Yes there is; I've seen it but I don't know the name of it. Some sort of epoxy two pack stuff.

Thanks I've been reading on the site that a high strength slurry grout is quite strong,

Would you think that would be better or what? I've no idea myself

Thanks Simon

I've used that before you get something similar to a bag of cement and mix it with 2 part resin, then mix with a whisk.
i think I've some in the lockup I'll check the name tomorrow.

edit

this is similar to what i used

probably wasnt installed correctly.
you need to make a clean cut round the edges (stihl saw) only maybe 3-5mm deep and make sure its clean. I did some about 7 years ago and its still there.

i used some similar epoxy mortar for holes at the smeg factory
think you have to mix it manually as a paddle can break it down
when you trowel it in it looks really soft but i was assured it was trafficked 2 days later with no problem
your original green concrete shot still perplexes me simon?

I had a client in a posh town nearby and the council kept cementing a radius kerb adjacent to a drain outside his house
and lorries kept knocking it out
so under cover of darkness i relaid it with kerb and base primed with sbr/cement
and laid it with 2 sand 1 cement and sbr instead of water
I know its wrong but he was pulling his hair out and paid me to do it

anyway its still there
