Hi all

I'm laying a patio for a friend having done a couple in the past.

Next week we are predicted a cold spell so I'm worried about the mortar overnight. If its over 4 degrees during the day I know its ok to lay on a full mortar bed I am just worried about it setting overnight.

If there was a heavy frost would it damage the mortar? What if I covered with a fleece blanket and plastic sheet for the night?

Many thanks

Justin
