Bought some land down in Cork as you might know. My engineer measured it and said it was a little more than was on the Folio . So went through a process of a boundary dispute with them on another matter. Just got the Ok from the PRAI (land registry in Eire) that my engineer was right, not 40 acres but 50 . Plus they have moved a boundary, so my property now abuts the lakeside.

Mondays suddenly got a whole lot better

Yep, brown trout (not the ones hat come out of a sewer pipe either :p ) Its a fresh water supply for the surrounding towns, so its uber clean. Fresh water mussels in there too, bit of a conservation thing on the other side of th lough, but my side isnt in the catchment area. The lough measures 3kmx1/2km, so might get a fishing boat on it.
