Does anyone know the maximum size of a 150mm thick reinforced concrete base that can be constructed without joints, it's for a log house.

Or is there any where on line I can get this information, I've tried but can not find anything.

30 times the thickness is a rule of thumb so 4.5m square in your case
but IME passmores or whoever have a general spec. of course it all depends on ground conditions
