Any good ideas on how can tackle this potential job? Inspiration welcome.
Client has a house set into slope, steep garden, no vehicle access, steep set of steps pedestrian access; 6-8 feet thick yew hedge at front, garden higher than outside; grass bank in front, so no hard standing.
Need to excavate and remove 25-30 cubic metres of spoil from back of house, about 30 metres from the front boundary. Aim is to remove a 2 metre drop and turn it into a sloped area at about 25% angle.
How could I get a mini (say 0.8t) digger in there? And other than barrow and skip filling, how could I get the spoil out?
Any ideas?
Cheers
No vehicle access to steep site

Well m8 if i was you i would look into gettin the area scaffolded out thats what i do if access is a problem i put ing ramps made with scaffold, i know it costs more but you get the job done faster.
as for moving the spoil try a Muck Truck to get rid of it.
