Plant hire template

as an allotment we have decided to club together and buy some tools
strimmer,brushcutter etc etc
anyway these will be hired out for members on a not for profit basis to sort their plots out
but we need some kind of contract/template to keep things straight
if anyone has a blank type of contract they could email me or post here this would be very much appreciated
I have one for AST if anyone needs it
