Best laser level. - Self levelling staff and sensor jobbie.

I have a Topcon level, but its manual and I'm looking for something I can use on my own (not have someone fart about with a staff)

Well,dont mean 'the best' as in a Lecia, but whats best for site. What do you use. Or whats the best one you have used?

the topcon laser level we bought last year in the sale of the century is still doing its stuff
ideal for footings patios drives and setting up harmer gullys

Rl-h3 level is what i use, simple accurate and dependable. I think even if i needed a new one and there was a better model i would still buy the same one again.

weve just got a Leica Rugby 280DG its the mutts nuts, we have the leica 100 as well

ive got a spectra precision one for sale but its more an interior one for dry lining and suspended ceilings, dad bought it in error

Was looking to pay £200-£300-ish. I'd use it for the odd job or two, not make a packet out of it. So anything over a monkey is out of my (meagre) ballpark. :p

I'm looking for a new one as well, mine got nicked( I had the same one as Tony) for small/medium domestic projects, I can't justify spending the best part of a Grand on one, not when the last I bought, all in with staff, tripod and range finder cost only £500, but I agree, cheap's not usually good, but there must be something suitable. One team of guys we worked alongside were using a Dewalt Laser level, seemed to do the job well, and easy to use single handed, anyone else used one,wortha look?
