I am hoping someone out there can help me! I recently jetwashed my patio as I do at least 4 times a year (slightly obsessed i know) and this time black spots and smudges appeared! These would not come off with the jet washer!! My patio looks as if a printer ink cartridge has exploded! Does anyone have any ideas on how i can remove these marks. The patio is only 2 years old.

Looks like Lichen from the photos, on the stains page main site
http://www.pavingexpert.com/stains.htm
There is a mix "Berries & Fruit" this will rid the paving of the black Lichen and clean the paving up no end.
