Evening

Just a quick one.

I have to compact 100mm MOT.

Do I do it all in one go using a hired plate from HSS, or would you recommend laying down 75mm(ish) compacting that down and then topping it up to 100mm?

Also, would I hire a 58kg one or a 84kg one.

They cost about the same, However I might struggle getting the heavier one out of the car

Thanks

if its a little lighter, just give it more up and down passes,100m will compact no problem even with a lighter plate, just increase the passes over it £15 a day is more like it MSH :)

Too right. Those national hire shops always want a daft deposit aswel.
I got a mixer, whacker and transformer recently from TP for £40 for the week

You boys should get 50% discount at hss for just asking. If not ask them to do it 'family and friends rate'
