i.m laying a small track for bikes. i need to finish up with 100mm of type1 and 25mm of 12mm agg dust. what depth do the materials need to laid at to achieve these dims after compaction with a twin drum.

There's at least 3 pages devoted to sub-base materials and a bloody calculator to estimate quantities and coverage.

What's up with these people at all?
