Stains on tarmac/concrete - How to remove stains on tarmac/concrete

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

Hi,

New to this forum – wondering whether anyone can help. A few weeks ago my OH put some moss killing granules onto the front lawn and some got onto the surrounding tarmac and paving slabs. Tbh – the paving slabs don’t look too bad (as the stains are a similar colour to the grey) but on the tarmac they’ve left 2 nasty yellow stains on it. Unfortunately when the granules got onto the tarmac he just kicked them around hoping they would disperse. This of course made the stain worse. I asked him whether it said on the granule box not to put these granules on concrete/tarmac but said he didn’t know as he hadn’t read the box and had already thrown the box away before I found out.

Help – any ideas as the perfectly nice tarmac now looks awful ?

Many thanks
Zena

Yes there are tarmac "paints" for want of a better word out there. I think Resiblock do one if not them maybe PIC's.
Try a Google search for "Back to Black Tarmac"

Tarmac needs to be really clean and in sound condition before applying.
