I've been able to directly cross-reference physically measured jobs (I'm talking large car parks etc) and have found it to be incredibly accurate, in some cases it has saved me a 80 mile drive to measure an industrial estate (that I had previously measured for patching works, then they wanted an complete overlay pricing)
It is also useful to send to clients indicating the area measured using a simple screen grab and process the image in Photoshop or similar.
So, whoever it was, many thanks!

App thread I had it awesome! plus google earth has shown that a knob has pinched about 100m2 off some land left to my family (my nan 82 yrs old).
Fecking guns out this week me thinks! And 8T kubota.....wanna play?
Funnily enough, the thread on here about boundary's ,I think Pablo said the boundary line was 300mm.
I was showing the relatives some indentures from the 18C at the weekend and I noticed the boundaries are marked to the INCH! :O Literally 28'9" was marked on one.
No arguments there, I think the new (well, new the 1990 overhaul)land registry cobblers will be causing some upsets in the future
