Machine marks on limestone

i'll need to get a better photo.
(im not saying your wrong, im just not not convinced)
its a perfect circle, with 5 perfect circles within it. there are exactly the same marks on more than 6 of my flags, so i presumed it wasn't a natural occurance. to make it less natural, all the affected flags are the same size in a random pack

That stone is not machine cut. When you machine saw black limestone the surface goes like glass, nobody does it. Its a naturally split product. The mark you refer to is a natural feature of the stone.
Dont want to appear rude but there is no theory to double check, you can study the mark all day and it will still be a natural mark
