This goes to the heart of whats wrong with the way public money is spent in this country those acco's were bought with taxpayers money (about £10000 ish) and because it's someone else who's paying for it (us) it doesn't matter. This happens day in day out on public works and within public services if we cut even half of it out then we'd probably not be in anywhere near the sh#t we're in but everyone thinks it's not their job to do anything about it and few even care. Makes me really angry.
