this is a common occurrence for me
we do a 100-150 k build then the client adds extras of 40k
suddenly the garden and driveway need to be done on a shoestring
there are many pages for adding links just search for this year using the search tab
its a bit tricky to start but you will soon get it

As you can see above quite a bit of work has been completed over the past 18 months to a good standard, it just gone off track at the final hurdle. Its complicated as there are falls shooting off in all directions.
