I have heard of 3 people in the last week the same
strimmer mower and hedge trimmer all fecked
synchronicity or what eh?
very weird
i had a tetanus jab in november after being bitten by a dog and the nurse informed me that unless the wound is to the bone its hardly worth it, better than getting tetanus i expect
good luck tomorrow

Wait till you get the big boys toys jcb parts start at about £400 lol
We run all stihl for our strimmers, chain saws and hedge cutters and the strummer hedge cutter ones, we've even got a stihl edge cutter lol but best one we've got is a Honda brush cutter it's got a 55cc engine with a saw blade on it it'll slice through 1.5-2 inch scrub
On going maintenance is important as they'll always break down at the exact moment you really need them lol

I thought tetanus was rusty nails etc and dog bites were rabies . Wasn't aware dogs could give you that.lutonlagerlout wrote:i had a tetanus jab in november after being bitten by a dog and the nurse informed me that unless the wound is to the bone its hardly worth it, better than getting tetanus i expect

I've had many days like the one you've described. Never dug up a cat though thank god.
Last year I managed to updrage nearly everything to stihl, hayter, briggs and stratton etc and touch wood minimal things going wrong these days. My little chainsaw is still a prick though but I put it through the wars so it's my fault really!
Hope things turn round for you

I love the Hayter but yes the wheels are a problem but cheap to replace I upgraded the blades to high lift ones so wet grass isn't an issue either. They're not a full blown commercial machine though but the finish is the best you'll get. A good machine if you've got a few clients with highend lawns who'll pay the money to cover the £1400 cost of it but stay clear if you're bashing through 20 gardens a day.
