They use something like that over here when they rebuild roads over peat bogs that have sunk I think it's a Scandinavian product. No matter howmuch stone you put over a bog the road always ends up like a rollercoaster they mix it with the peat which forms a solid base and stone up as normal it works out cheaper than having to constantly resurface them.
