If we get a sample request in by 3pm it will be sent out the same day on a next day service. More often than not we are let down by her majesties royal mail service.

7 days is far too long to wait for samples. I wouldnt use them on prinicpal, just for that

I have a sample box from you that I'm showing our French client at the moment. But I'm fighting my father who thinks £16/m injun is good enough for a 2m house having a 240k extension.....

i reckon our 3 dads may be conjoined triplets :)
my auld fellas first question is always " how much?"
followed by "you are joking"
doing a 200k extension last year and he goes and buys 6 internal doors from howdens on special offer @£8 each with a £ 4 lock set on each one
when i said to him that really we ought to be buying £100 internal doors and putting decent butts and £20 lock sets on he boasted that i will never make a penny in business :;):
different world i suppose
anything,no matter what it is his first thought is the cost
not quality or service just cost
LLL
"what,you want paying today??"
