strange thing is whenever anyone i have known has gone to jail they have come out a fantastic specimen due to routine and a healthy diet
your diet looks spot on sean apart from the digestives
I worked for a biologist a while back and i asked him about healthy eating
avoid animal fats is the best advice for health
so things like chips, bacon, sausages, fried chicken, burgers are all much about no nos
I like a bit of fish with brown rice and salad a couple of times a week
and pasta dishes with salad

Digestives, or a bit of chocolate are ok in moderation. I don' eat much bread, or red meat either maybe a slice or two of bread a week and those are the wife's postage stamp size ones. As long as you eat little and often, plenty of water and keep active you'll be fine. I watch a lot of the overweight people programmes and am amazed at how they do it. Self discipline is the key :;):

Same me Sean, little and often, not too much bread, and I eat white meat and fish more than red meat.
I can't believe how much some people eat and how they've got the time to eat it!! Scientists say that our healthiest period as Humans was the Hunter Gather. We ate lots of game and fish, and food that was seasonal and therefore healthier. Since the advent of farming, although it's given us the ability to control food stocks, it's given us a poorer diet, mainly due to the fact that Wheat, which is easy to grow, and other similar cereal crops, aren't necessarily the best for us. Game meat is better for us, but we can't all go out hunting now so we have to make do with mass farmed poorer quality meats, and a lot of our fruits and veg, because there stored for so long, for our convenience, lose a lot of there quality.
So I have decided to turn back time, and have bought me self and the family, some buckskins, tent and bows and we're of up the park to live, plenty of wild life round here.

Mick, if you go live in the park you will eat like a korean king! Dog meat, maybe the odd cat and plenty of insects :p

7 stone when you left school??? Jesus!!

You would have got terrorised if you went to my school. There were some bastards there. Were you ill or something. 7 stone is emaciated.

Anyhow, oddly enough I went out for a few drinks last night (5 pints). First time ever I have drank alcohol and not smoked. Dont exactly know how the hell I did it! Been coughing up black shit for the last couple of days. Guess that's a good sign things are clearing out!

Did you see that documentary Steve about the guys who feed up their ladies to make them massive!! I'll have a mooch about on you tube, but I couldn't watch all of it, made me heave. I have real problem with really obese people, just looking at them makes me shudder. There's a poor get over the road from me who must be about 25 stone at a guess, and his belly hangs out of his tops, makes me feel ill. Nice enough bloke, but he goes out every day for his exercise walk, and comes back each time with a bag from the pasty shop, I kid you not.

No I missed that one Mick. I dont know why anyone would want their Mrs to be obese, its beyond me.

I do feel sorry for them but on the same note its completely self inflicted. My weight fluctuates between 13-14 stone. I prefer to be 13 stone but I have to work very hard to get to that weight (i,e go gym, eat healthy), so I tend to float around 13 3/4. Problem is for me even to stay at 13 3/4 I have to seriously regulate what I eat. I could easily let myself go and become 18 stone in no time but I exercise a little restraint, as I'm sure most people do

that was a pretty average weight in the mid 80s FB, the biggest lad in the school (1200 kids) was only 10 stone
nowdays kids are like giants
we were working opposite a school recently and 3 lads walked past kicking a ball,a white lad, a black lad, and an asian lad and all 3 were taller than me and at a guess none were less than 12 st one
and all still at school,
apparently its all to do with the diet now

Crickey I never realised that!

Some of the biggest kids in my school must have been pushing 16 stone, there were 3 or 4 of them that size and another 10 - 15 close to it. I didn't get much shit of them though thankfully, when shit came my way I gave it my best and took my beating, hurt them just enough to not wanna go through it again. Better than living in fear like some of the poor little shits did :)

There are some seriously overweight kids about, we are getting more like the US of A every day.

Was at the pool the other day, without wanting to be cruel or generalising, the evidence was there all to see. Big shame.

.........as long as you had a big towel around yourself and didn't wear a thong i'm sure people wouldn't of noticed you. Fair play to you for admitting it, now you can do something about it dave :;):
