Self binding gravel - Self binding gravel drives

Hi,
I am considering covering by uneven small concrete driveway with self binding gravel (Breedon Gravel).
Is self binding gravel suitable for a driveway? If so what depth should I lay to? I assume that I need to compact the gravel with a mechanical compactor.
Any advise anyone out there can give me would be welcome.
