Hi,
I'm trying to find some paving like this, but not having much luck so far...
Pattern looks like 8 bricks, alternating horizontal/vertical in pairs.
Is there a name for paving with patterns like this? Someone suggested "cobble sets" but I think those are ones that look like, er, cobblestones (?)
thanks for any help in advance

Now I'm not so sure about the "Broadway" reference. I just checked my library and the only matching named product I can find is "Basket Weave" by Village Stone which was a trading style of RMC before they were gobbled up by Cemex. The brand is still going but no sign of the Basket Weave flag, although they've kept some of the other truly awful products going.
Good luck getting anywhere with Cemex. They don't even have the courtesy to reply to my emails any more

Hi
This product was 'Courtyard' originally by Supreme Concrete in Old Granite colour. They sold out to AI (Aggregate Industries) and the slab was continued for a short while under the Stoneflair banner. However, it was finally laid to rest about 4/5 years ago.
It was a very common flag and supplied all over the UK.
There are other very similar style flags still on the market - usually smaller independent manufacturers but they do take some finding. I think they use a generic mould etc..
I know Oakdale manufactured something similar but i looked on there web-site and cannot see it in the current range.
Good luck
Dan

Thanks for the suggestions.
Will try ringing Wyresdale but it looks more trade than the kind of place a random punter can turn up to buy a dozen stones! http://g.co/maps/ktypa

Hi, I'm also trying to track down some older style pavers. I've found a similar looking paver on this Paving Expert page, under the Choosing Shape section, labelled as W block.
I need to extend my driveway so I'm looking to source approx. 500 of these, but have yet to find a local (non trade) supplier. Searching for 'w block pavers' doesn't really provide any help - are they known by any other name? Thanks, Nick.

there have been discussed previously and I watched the quantity you require go off to land fill a little over a year ago, another few quid I didn't make!!! might be cheaper to sell what you got and start again.
