Last year we had a patio put down and after the winter it needs a good clean.

The paving is Bradstone Textured Paving, looking at how dirty it is what would people advise is the best way for me to clean it?

I have a power washer with paving and decking accessory but not sure if it is best to use this or just a stiff brush?

Any specific chemicals or just washing up liquid?

Any help would be appreciated!

Try the jet wash first but dont go too close with the jet or you might damage the surface of the paving. I would be very surprised if the jetwash doesn't bring it up like new

Thanks

Will give it a try.

I seen the following product today, wondered if it would be worth putting on the patio first?

Bayer Green Cleaner

Wouldn't do any harm but there is every chance the jet wash will shift it

sika do a product called mould buster which is quite effective for very light growth like that. If the run off can be kept away from plants you can't beat hypochlorite for value.

Hi all

Hederol is as good as most things... a more concentrated form of washing up liquid, use with a stiff brush

Everytime we have an enquiry for textured we tell customers about potential dirt and grime they gather very quickly

They do still remain very popular

all the best
