Pricing a patio - how much per m2?

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Quick question.

A straight forward patio and straight forward excavation.
Existing lawn and flags are at the correct height, so new patio will be layed to the same level.
So, want to dig off approx 200m for sub base, bedding layer and new flags. Then sub base of type 1, and lay flags.
The area is square, no difficult cutting in, no edgings.

How much per m2 should be charged approx for the prep and laying. Lets say the flags are £20 per metre.

Drainage is a simple aco across house wall. No need to include this.

Cheers

Thanks all, sounds about right.
Just looked at a job where the customer had been quoted £1200-1300 all in.
I said it cant be done for that. Not a proper sub base, bedding layer, drainage, excavation, waste removal, buying all the gear etc and actually doing a good job with correct falls/levels.
IMO, after costing that up, it would leave around £100 max for labour going in at that price. Ha ha, yeah right!

We just did one sheldrake it worked out at an extra £12 per meter to hand dig and cart through house, then hand cart materials back in
