I concur with the above, waste of time IMO, and i have experienced that site first hand, account now deactivated lol was worth a look i suppose

Ive got 2 of 5 jobs recently priced on mybuilder... But maybe i should keep that to myself, dont want every tradesman on there;)

fair play LPAD i looked at a job for a company who supply pre-fab steel framed buildings, now why would a company of that sort of size not have preferred contractors but put the job on mybuilder and then proceed to tell me that they charge a 15% referell fee, and there was 9 bloody contractors pricing for it...i went to see the guy, would of been a cracking job, doing all the groundworks etc but there is no way i could compete so didnt bother pricing it.

Next one was the job in blackpool, nearly 10k worth of work, the guy that did it, did it for £2800.00, i rang the woman the other day to see how it was coming along and she said the guy was "sweeping a bag of cement in the cracks"....it was raining lol

I cant compete with nobs like that, i dont want to be tarnished with the "my shit builder" brush


And its a bloody fortune!
