You can get some decent - useful sized - crusher buckets for diggers under 13t now: BAV-CB Crusher Buckets
If it's decent, clean gear (not full of soil and wood!) that's being crushed 400 tonnes is do-able in a few days, depending on the size of carrier excavator.
