Building against wall with air blocks

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

Not sure if this is the right place for this but here goes......I would like to build a raised bed against an external wall with air bricks running along the bottom, how do I go about this. Im fussing I shouldn't cover the air bricks? Would it be ok to cover the air bricks with a fabric, shingle over the dpc line then fill with soil?? Thanks in advance for your help JS

Without seeing what you're talking about I'm going to say no you shouldn't do that for several reasons. Blocking the airvent is a no-no it'll cause condensation in your joists which can in turn cause very big problems. Building above your dpc is a no-no because it'll cause damp in your walls even if you line it. It may be possible to extend the airbrick trough the bed depending on it's depth but I'm not suggesting that this would be advisable for you. It may be your only option is to build the bed with a 150mm gap between it and the wall.
Can't see it from my house

As pablo suggests you could bring them out with a telescopic kit.
