Hello all,
Great website and extremely informative - thanks Tony.

Does anyone know how to clean Evergreen Complete splatter stains from concrete flags ? I've learnt a hard lesson and I'll know next time to sweep the granules off the flags but now of course I'm left with brown stains on the flags which won't come off with a power washer or with household bleach.
Maybe brick acid ? (not good for the lawn next to the flags)
Sand the stains off with a rotary drill attachment ?
I'm clueless so any advice would be greatly appreciated !

These lawn fertilisers are based on Ferro-Sulphates, and it is the iron content (the ferro bit) that causes the brown staining which is akin to everyday rust.

Not easy to shift - see the [url=http://www.pavingexpert.com/stains.htm#rust]Shifting Stains[/page]
