Is a warsop matrix bock splitter up to the job?

I know the Tobermore blocks are better quality then some other blocks, so are harder to cut…

I will need to cut 60mm Tobermore Sienna and Tobermore Tegula, is a Warsop matrix manual block splitter up to the job, or is an hydraulic splitter needed?

Also where do I buy blades for a Warsop matrix bock splitter? (I assume they are still sold)
