Hey guys, been reading the forum for a couple weeks now and I have been really enjoying it. I live in California so bear with me. I have a question about the curbing around my patio. I want to install an aluminum patio cover over my pavers and I figured it would need some concrete to anchor into. I was planning on pouring a 1 foot by 1 foot curb around the whole project. What do you guys think?

Any advice from you guys would be greatly appreciated.
