Contractor recommendations - Blocked soakaway

I have a soakaway (roof drainage) that is either chocked, or the pipe leading to it is.

Dyno-rod have told me the spot and the depth (1.2) of the blockage, any recommendations for experienced contractors in Scottish Borders / Midlothian who could help (I'm close to Penicuik)

Dynorod are a bunch of thieves, I know a guy that used to work for them he said he was told to do unnecessary work and to take his time about it to bump everyones bill up.

dunno about dynorod,but my mate had a dynolock franchise and i thought he was very fair
lot of driving and unsocial hours but he would often let people in for a cup of tea and some good will
