Shared drainage on my property

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

I think the drain which is shared by me and my new neighbours has collapsed, im about to start a driveway here and want to sort the issue first.
My question is this. Who is responsible for the cost? Its on my land but is used by both?

If its shared then your water company are responsible for its maintenance, the rules changed in October of this year.

The good news is it will cost you now`t, the bad news is it will be to their timescale. :(

Unfortunately not, its a rateable service so it would be like taking your bins to the tip and invoicing them.
