Lol, ken its on the verge. But i buy mone from america and have to wait a week for delivery so cant risk it. Would love to keep them, nowt more comfy than old boots.

Other problem is one boot squeaks when i walk and piss taking from boys at work is becoming unbearable

Are you sure it's the boots squeeking, and how do you manage to make a pair of boots last 3 years, mine are shagged out after less than 1??

I go through a pair of Makro’s black & decker boots every 6 months. The sole always splits from hand digging, but as there 25 quid a pair I guess you get what you pay for.
