Flag/slab selection - Slate or sandstone

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Thanks for all your help and welcoming me into the brewcabin. I doubt i shall pester you anymore as I think I have made my decision?!? Hope I don't live to regret it "To slate or not too slate" .....

LSP, LLL & Pablo I can see from some of the other threads you are legends in the field of paving. Thanks for your time, your opinions have really helped me, but having looked at the stone insitu I think I may have gone with the minority........
