Transitioning - Transitioning from driveway to sidewalk

I am going to cover my existing driveway in pavers and need to know how to transition the pavers to the existing sidewalk out by the road and also the end of the driveway from the road. I can't have something that people walking in front of my house might trip over.

As you're in Florida, any methods and materials we might recommend aren't relevant. There are a couple of your countrymen that patrol the Brew Cabin, and they might be able to help, but, generally speaking, British and Irish methods and materials don't translate to your way of doing things.
