Lowest bid that noone else has made wins. If you bid 1.04 and 0.01 to 1.03 has been bid by other people more than once, you win,!

Basically its a mugs game bit like fruit machines

Sorry Local but it's not a "lowest unique bid" auction.

Its a pay per bid auction and the highest bid wins but as bids cost as little as 10p and as much as a quid each and only advance the winning price by 1p it is, like you say, no better than fruit machines.

Highly addictive and aimed at the most vulnerable in society.
