I'm stumped - How to answer a question

As many of you know, my bulging sack of emails regularly throws up the odd request or two, but this one really has me stumped.....

Location: banglore
question: can you give me a brief description of how to construct a residential apartments of 5 floors i want the whole information please

Now, obviously, i was thinking that it's best to do the ground floor first, and then probably the second. As a general rule, I'd build the thrird floor before the fourth, but I'm quirky that way. I'd do the fifth floor last and then bang on the roof, but maybe someone in the Brew Cabin has a better answer?

same as we did the control tower at heathrow.....top first then jack it up and so on..... Was nice interesting job. Got a dvd somehere, speeded up tho'. If I find it I'll post it to you
