Tony,
what is the smallest access chamber you can use ?

A planned bathroom extension will finish 15" from the party wall, with the foul drain outlet from the bathroom to be installed here.

I will need to install new pipework , then run parallel with the extension then turn right and connect to existing foul drain .

There's a 225mm dia AC manufactured by Polypipe, I seem to recall. You can get a 300mm dia AC from most B&Q Warehouses, in the 'Trade' bit.
