first day back yesterday and seriously lucked out. Started a 120m block drive that was paved with 2x2s and spent the day getting it all lifted but it turns out its laid over a perfect concrete 150mm pad. The jobs priced for a new base but the falls and levels are spot on so spent the day drilling it and cored the high impact areas for better drainage. The money I've saved is the same as I would've earned had I not been off for 2 weeks. Banged the kerbs in today and was able to bring the sand and block deliveries forward a day so pretty happy. I'm broken though 2 weeks has made me soft.
Can't see it from my house
