Triangular inspection cover

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

Can anyone give me an idea what a triangular inspection cover is covering ? i.e surface or foul water drainiage or could it be either ?

A triangular cover will be most probably an access to a large manhole be it foul or storm system.

Usually very heavy to lift. Sometimes they will have fw/sw to denote system and, or an arrow for direction of flow.
