spare a thought for one of our ops, poor man injured here because heavy trem tube fell from crane. Broken spine, ribs, fractured pelvis and punctured lung.

Yes, we were stood down Thursday, then that section of job closed till investigated. It's a long steel tube ( depending on depth of diaghram wall ) with a hopper on top to deliver concrete into deep cutting. Someone left the joining pin out so when lifting it collapsed. This one was about 20ft long and a couple of ton.
