As mentioned, jet wash, then buy a few bags of kiln dried sand and brush that back in to the gaps, make sure paving is dry as once wet, the kiln dried sand isnt workable, there are sealers you can apply simply afterwards to then stop the moss etc growing but in my opinion they are only any good for 3-5 years maximum then they need re applying, which you can live with but its not what you would call cost effective
