Just a couple of questions please,

1. Has anybody ever used derbyshire gold 0-10mm, it seems to be a lot cheaper than breedon.

2. Hiring a big roller is not practical for a drive but apparently you are suppose to use a watered roller for final compaction. What else could i use maybe a small diesel handheld roller and hose pipe ok? i know plate compactor is a no no or is it???

3. Can get it delivered for £47 per ton (7 ton req) including delivery is this ok price?

My drive is about 60m2 and all ready for finishing the self binding gravel is by far a much cheap option, do you agree?

Nearly finished my drive at last

Fantastic web site, thank you in advance

a lot of the modern wackers have water suppression fitted to them
i am not familiar with the stone but really a roller is more important for the subbase
